All quiet on the Nosferatu front...

Is no news really good news?

Hi folks, just a quick update on the Bubba Nosferatu news front. There was plenty of speculation and hope circulating about the sequel to Bubba Ho-Tep a few months ago. The word on the street was that the script was written and ready to go, Don Coscarelli was all set to direct and he was out looking for funding for the movie. Based on the DVD success of the original movie the funding shouldn't have been a problem. Things then seemed to quieten down a lot over the last 8-10 weeks. No new news has cropped up about this project. Bruce Campbell doesn't seem to have confirmed reports that he is or is not involved with any follow up movie. There have even been rumblings that Don Coscarelli may be turning his attention to making another Phantasm movie next. We are still keeping our ears to the ground for any sort of Bubba Nosferatu update, so please do keep checking back in here. In the meantime please keep all of your fingers crossed that some big news is just around the corner!
